Some things why i really enjoyed this novel:
| As per the titles states, most of the story would be about their Daily Life.The plot isn't too exciting like an action novel but, it's not boring either. Well, unless you are someone who doesn't really enjoy slow paced novels without much complex plot then, this may not be for you. |
| The novel gives a lot of detailed things about gardening and farming to which was pretty new to me hence, why it interested me so much. |
| Although it does say "daily life", it does have plot about Yan Yue's complex family problems. There is face-slapping moments which are satisfying for me. |
| Their romance is really cute and sweet! Yan Yue treasures Lu Lingxi so much. He may be possesive but it's in a way where he doesn't cross the line. He is super respectful to him and his wishes. |
| The coming out scene is one of my favorite part of the novel. I love Wang Shuxiu so much! |
| Please give Pastoral Daily Life a chance, it may not be as jaw-dropping as the other novels you have probably read but, this one just gives so much comfort that i can't explain. |
